John Keating: They're not that different from you, are they? Same haircuts. Full of hormones, just like you. Invincible, just like you feel. The world is their oyster. They believe they're destined for great things, just like many of you, their eyes are full of hope, just like you. Did they wait until it was too late to make from their lives even one iota of what they were capable? Because, you see gentlemen, these boys are now fertilizing daffodils. But if you listen real close, you can hear them whisper their legacy to you. Go on, lean in. Listen, you hear it? - - Carpe - - hear it? - - Carpe, carpe diem, seize the day boys, make your lives extraordinary.
The paper is laid out, the ink is ready. It’s time to start writing from where I left. The book awaits its completion. It will take time though but it will see daylight for sure.
I have been in this positive mood lately. Largely, it has been inducted into me by people around. They have been there when I needed them the most. They have been there when I needed them the least. They have been there when I have been all happy, and also when I was uttermost bugged. To think of it, I have made so many friends over the past month. People I have not talked to since years, have been called or have called up. I seem to have time for everyone. A picture perfect setting—as they say. Only one person is missing from the picture. Destiny—is something that one creates. I never believed in pre-written destiny. The turns that life has taken has given me some belief that out there someone controls just a tad bit of your destiny. A book that was lost has suddenly been revived. A love of couple years has been lost. A competition where we combined the light of day and the time of night was lost. An internship unforced for and out of blue was got. The stones are finally rolling. Everyday the sun wakes me up—a change from the very usual phone ring. I have moved on. My life has moved on. Your story has moved on. It awaits its completion. Till then I will keep to updated on your story…
It awaits completion!
